Welcome to AVI BROADCAST. By participating in, attending, or engaging with any event produced by AVI BROADCAST, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are intended to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all involved.

1. Event Scope & Purpose

AVI BROADCAST produces live broadcast events, including but not limited to concerts, conferences, product launches, festivals, and other media-based activities. The purpose of these events is to deliver high-quality entertainment, information, and promotional content through innovative broadcasting techniques and installations

    2. Behavior and Conduct

    • Professional Conduct: All attendees, staff, and performers must maintain professional conduct at all times. Any behavior that disrupts the event, violates laws, or causes harm to others will result in immediate removal from the venue and possible legal consequences.
    • Respectful Environment: AVI BROADCAST is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

    3. Broadcasting and Recording

    • Filming and Photography: Attendees, vendors, and performers may be recorded or photographed during the event. By participating in the event, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in any broadcast, social media, or promotional material.
    • Broadcast Rights: AVI BROADCAST retains full rights to broadcast, record, and distribute any content created during the event. Participants are prohibited from filming or recording the event for commercial use without prior permission.

    4. Event Installations and Guidelines

    • Venue Setup: Installation requirements must be submitted and approved by AVI BROADCAST in advance. This includes any technical equipment, Camera Installation. Sound Checkup, or other installations. All installations must comply with AVI BROADCAST’s guidelines to ensure safety and compatibility with the event’s broadcast.
    • Technical Specifications: Employees will follow the technical specifications provided by AVI BROADCAST. Failure to comply with these specifications may result in delays, or adjustment of performances or presentations. All Equipment’s are checked and verified by the teams before every events.
    • Health and Safety: All installations must adhere to applicable health and safety regulations. Any equipment or installation deemed unsafe by AVI BROADCAST will be prohibited or removed.

    5. Liability and Indemnity

    • Liability Limitations: AVI BROADCAST is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring during the event, except where such loss or damage is directly caused by the negligence of AVI BROADCAST.
    • Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVI BROADCAST and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event, including any violation of these terms and conditions.

    6. Force Majeure

    AVI BROADCAST will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, labor dispute, or government action.

    7. Privacy and Data Protection

    AVI BROADCAST respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the registration process will be stored securely and used in accordance with AVI BROADCAST’s privacy policy upto 3 months or less. By attending an event, you consent to the collection and use of your data for event-related purposes, including communication, ticketing, and marketing.

    8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

    AVI BROADCAST reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. 

    9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as determined by AVI BROADCAST.
